Target has MRS. GoodBee Interactive dollhouse for less

Mrs. Goodbee Interactive Dollhouse ( Caring Corners/Learning Curve) is 45.48 at our local Target. That is cheaper than Costco. Although they only have one accessory set that comes with it. So I guess Costco can't be beat !!!
